Each pineapple is peeled and de-eyed, IQF frozen,
packed in a vacuum nylon bag of 6-8 pieces,
each bag weighs 500g, before being put into a carton box,
and sent to a refrigerator at
a controlled temperature, i.e. t-20°C.
Brix: 13-15%

The number of pineapples in the bag is 6-8 pcs.

Shelf life: 24 months at -20°C. Ready to use after defrosting.
Do not refreeze. Store after defrosting at a temperature of +2°C to +5°C
for no more than 48 hours.
